🐾 What is “METAL DOGS”? This game is a casual top-down shooting action game featuring a fighting “dog” as the main character. Enjoy the thrill of shooting various weapons like machine guns, cannons, and missiles, blowing away countless monsters, and battling mighty “WANTED” foes, all with simple controls.
🔫 There is a wide variety of weapons in Metal Dogs in three categories: machine guns, cannons, and S-E (special equipment). Machine guns have low power but excellent rate of fire and reload speed. Cannons are powerful but have limited bullets and slow reload speed. S-E includes special equipment like missiles for ranged attacks. Weapons can be freely assigned to three slots, allowing for customization based on your play style, such as equipping all slots with cannons for a specialized attack power type.
🌟 The terrain and treasure chests change each time you play the dungeon, offering a different experience with each playthrough.
🎁 Weapons and armor come with randomly assigned additional effects, like increased damage and magazine capacity. Equipment has rarity levels, with higher rarity offering more effects. This “hack and slash” element of hunting monsters for better equipment is a key appeal of the game.
🌍 Set in Japan after most of humanity has died due to the “great destruction,” the base is a village at the foot of Mt. Fuji. The hero “Pochi,” revived by the mysterious old scientist “Dr. Minchi,” searches for his master and embarks on an adventure through dangerous dungeons filled with ferocious monsters.
🎯 Among the monsters, the most dangerous are referred to as “WANTED,” with large bounties on their heads. Formidable opponents like the elusive giant tank “Rommel Ghost” and “Missileceros,” a rhinoceros equipped with strong armor and missiles, stand in the way.
🐶 Players can control three cute “dogs”: Shiba Inu “Pochi,” Doberman “Bell,” and Bulldog “Bonanza.” Popular voice actor Hiro Shimono provides the voices for the dogs, playing the three characters brilliantly.
