About The Game
Until Dawn> During a party at the lodge on Blackwood Mountain, things take a dark turn when a prank on Hannah Washington goes horribly wrong 😬. She runs into the woods, and her twin sister Beth chases after her. But as they’re pursued by a flamethrower-wielding stranger, both fall off a cliff 😱. The police never find their bodies, and they’re declared missing. Fast forward a year later, and Josh, their brother, invites the same group from that party back to the lodge for what’s sure to be a tense reunion 🏔️.
The crew includes Sam, Chris, Ashley, Emily, Matt, Mike, and Jessica—some with new relationships, others still dealing with past drama 👀. Despite the tragedy and bad vibes, they all make their way back to the lodge via cable car 🚡. As the night unfolds in Until Dawn, things go from bad to worse when Jessica is abducted by an unknown figure, leading Mike on a wild chase to an abandoned sanatorium. Along the way, they discover creepy clues about a cave-in from 1952 involving trapped miners 🏥⛏️. Jessica might not make it, and Mike has to deal with the horrifying fallout of her possible fate in Until Dawn.
Back at the lodge, Josh, Sam, Chris, and Ashley are terrorized by a masked man who’s playing some seriously deadly games 🎭. Josh falls victim to a gruesome trap, and Chris is forced into an impossible choice: shoot Ashley or himself 😳🔫. Meanwhile, Matt and Emily are on a desperate mission to get help after learning about the masked man. They make contact, but rescue won’t come until dawn due to a raging storm 🌩️. While trying to survive, they find the spot where Hannah and Beth fell, and things get even more terrifying when Emily encounters a monstrous creature in the mines 😱.
As the night continues, Mike, Sam, Chris, Ashley, and maybe Emily face off against the masked man, who is revealed to be none other than Josh! 😲 He admits he’s been behind the twisted games, seeking revenge for his sisters’ disappearance, but claims he had nothing to do with Jessica’s fate in Until Dawn. Things take an even darker turn when the Stranger arrives and explains that the real threat isn’t Josh, but wendigos—cannibalistic monsters that were once human 🧟.
Chris and the Stranger attempt to rescue Josh, but it ends in disaster as the wendigos attack, killing them or leaving them fighting for their lives 😖. In Until Dawn, your choices could lead to life or death in the fight against these terrifying creatures.
Emily’s situation takes a nasty twist when she gets bitten by a wendigo 🦷. Depending on the choices made, Mike might decide to kill her to prevent a supposed contagion. Meanwhile, Mike believes the key to escape lies in Josh’s hands and sets out for the sanatorium to find him 🔑.
With the wendigos on their tail, everyone scrambles to survive, but not all will make it out of the mines. Sam and Mike discover Josh, whose mental state has spiraled out of control. He’s hallucinating and seeing visions of his sisters and his psychiatrist. Unless you’ve pieced together enough clues, Josh might not survive his encounter with the wendigo—who turns out to be none other than Hannah herself 😨.
As the night comes to a terrifying climax, Mike and Sam head back to the lodge to regroup with the remaining survivors. But they find the place crawling with wendigos, including Hannah. In a desperate move, they cause an explosion that destroys the lodge, killing Hannah and the rest of the wendigos 💥. Whether or not all the friends survive until dawn depends on the choices made throughout the night.
In the end credits of Until Dawn, any surviving characters are questioned by the police, recounting the nightmare they just lived through. They’ll beg the authorities to check the mines, and if Josh is still alive, they’ll find him transforming into a wendigo, feasting on the Stranger’s head 😵.
